Short distances, a relaxed event day – all right at the market square in St. Veit
On event day the market square in St. Veit is your base camp: start and finish, the event centre, race number collection at the tourist board and the finish catering are all a few minutes’ walk apart. Arrive, pick up your number, drop off your bag – and you are right in the middle of the atmosphere on the sun terrace.
So that you can concentrate entirely on your run, here is an overview of every service point. If a question remains, the team at the event centre will help you at any time.

Race number collection
On the first floor of the Gemeindestube (TVB, Markt 12): Friday 17:00–20:00, on Saturday from 06:00 staggered by race. The race office is on the ground floor at the tourist board.

Showers & toilets
Showers are available at the sports facility. Toilets can be found in the municipal building and in the places around the market square.

Luggage
There is no bag drop — please keep your things in your car or at your accommodation. Everyone is responsible for the luggage they bring.

Aid stations
How many stations there will be and how far apart they lie will be settled with the final routing — we will publish the distances together with the elevation profiles. There is water, sports drink, cola, salt, fruit, bread, sausage and Landjäger; no gels.

Parking
Please use the marked car parks around St. Veit. Park considerately and keep access roads clear — the village centre is busy on event day.

Getting there
Public transport is the best way: Schwarzach-St. Veit station, then on foot up to the sun terrace. There is no shuttle service.

Medical care
The Red Cross is on duty along the course and in the finish area. In an emergency call 144 and give your race number.

Late entry
Possible on event day at the event centre up to one hour before your start – for a surcharge and as long as places are free.

ITRA points (being checked)
Registering the races with ITRA is planned — at the Schwarzach-Trail, the K35 and K53 most recently earned ITRA points.

You will find all the results on the results page here on the website immediately after the race.
Entry fee & withdrawal
The entry fee is staggered by the date you register: enter early and you pay less. The current prices are shown on each race page (K12, K35, K53) — there you always see the price that applies today.
The entry fee cannot be refunded. This applies whatever the reason for withdrawing. So please take your time over the decision to enter — if you have questions, you can reach us through the contact page.
Late entries are possible on site up to one hour before the respective start, as long as the participant limit has not been reached.
Included in the entry fee
For the trail races on Saturday (K12, K35, K53) the entry fee includes:
- a hot meal at the finish,
- a handmade medal,
- food and drink at every aid station along the course,
- timing, race number and certificate,
- medical care and course marshalling.
Separate terms apply to the Dorf-Run on Friday — details will follow.
Aid stations & carrying your own supplies
At the aid stations you will find water, sports drink, cola, salt, fruit, bread as well as sausage and Landjäger. There are no gels — if you rely on gels in a race, please bring your own.
The aid stations are positioned according to the course plan; how far apart they are will be settled with the final route. Plan your own supplies accordingly. Carrying your own drinks system is strongly recommended on every distance.
Team classification
There is no team classification for the trail races on Saturday.
If you want to take part as a team, the Dorf-Run on Friday evening is made for exactly that — three people form a team and the individual times are added up. Clubs, companies, families and groups of friends are all welcome.

Live tracking is voluntary (opt-in) and can be switched off again at any time. The runner area opens together with registration for a place.
